Powerwalking Plus - Mondays 9:30 am -Fast walk & light run
This session combines powerwalking with light running for those who want the variety of cross training between run/walk and gradual progression from walking to running.
Resistance training exercises are incorporated into sessions to build & tone muscles.
Morning Body Firm -Tuesdays 8:30 am -Circuit Training Stations
Tone up and get fit across a variety of outdoor training stations. Work your upper body, core and lower body. This session focuses more on toning than cardio.
Running Plus – Thursdays 9:30 am - Beginners - Intermediate
This course is excellent for those who are somewhat new to running and want the guidance and encouragement of running in a group to help establish a confident and regular running routine. Each session focuses on specific running skills such as hills, intervals and sprints and ends with an energising circuit training session.
Powerwalking – Fridays 9:30 am - Fast Pace
This fitness walking session is ideal for those who want to walk at a very steady fast pace on flat and hilly terrain. It combines powerwalking with key resistance training exercises to help you get a rigorous cardiovascular workout to strengthen your heart and lungs, burn calories and tone your muscles.
