Personal Training

The 'Green Fit' method is founded on steering and inspiring clients to achieve results by creating dynamic fitness sessions that fuse effective home exercises with motivating outdoor exercises. I provide fun fitness sessions, combining the optimal blend of the natural energy potential with the relaxation benefits of outdoor training to develop both body and soul through fresh air and exercise.

 

Everyone has their own reason for wanting to be in good physical shape. We all have the potential to be vital and strong. My job is to help you quantify your own personal fitness goals and help you achieve them, whilst providing expert support and a valuable and enjoyable fitness experience.

 

After your initial fitness consultation, I will design a fitness programme tailored to your individual needs and goals. You will learn how to exercise confidently outdoors using simple, non-intimidating equipment that will enable you to build your confidence and fitness in a peaceful and personal manner. I will lift you out of your comfort zone and push you just that bit harder than you would ever push yourself!

 

I will create fun effective sessions that offer progression over time. Working in partnership, we will define short, medium and long term goals, which we will regularly reassess. I will offer guidance and support with your nutrition plan. I will give you homework and suggest fitness sessions to be done independently. I will provide support and guidance via phone, email and text for when you are lacking direction or feeling at your wits end. I will continuously give you ideas and techniques to incorporate "fitness" into your everyday lifestyle so that eventually it will become as routine as brushing your teeth!

 

Personal Training is not just about fitness. Training properly improves your posture, flexibility, self confidence, health, outlook on life and your overall well being. It is about developing good habits that you employ everyday.

 

I am genuinely passionate about fitness, especially combining natural outdoor exercise with simple home exercise. By working with me, you will be passionate about it as well!

 

I aim to ultimately empower my clients to establish fitness routines that are effective, yet easy to follow so that they can eventually exercise confidently and idependently without the need for a Personal Trainer at all!

 

 

Individual personal training sessions are available at £50 for an hour.

 

A block of 10 one hour sessions is available for £450 when paid in advance.

 

If you would like to share a session between 2 people, the price is £60 for an hour.
