Classes take place in Highgate Woods, a 70 acre area of ancient woodland in North London, nestled between Highgate Village, Muswell Hill and East Finchley. It is easily accessed via Muswell Hill Road and the classes begin in the centre of the woods, near the café and field.

Why train outside?

Outdoor training offers a simplicity and pure energy that is quite special. As soon as you step into the woods, you feel an immediate sense of calm and balance in body and mind. Once the class begins, the feel good factor really blossoms, giving you a deeply satisfying and seasonally changing exercise experience. I invite you to share with me the joy trees can bring us!

Running races keeps me athletically sharp and helps me to stay continuously physically challenged.  Pushing myself to the edge whilst enjoying the energy of charging forward together…I love the buzz.
