February is such a time of change in the woods and on the Heath. The ground is drying up and the first spring flowers are popping up. The “warrior” mornings are a great way to connect with the outdoors and with yourself. Using the outdoors there are always a wide range of exercises split between cardio and strength that allow you to challenge yourself at different levels.
